Performance Measurements

Evaluating the success of our initiatives and finding new ways to improve our performance are essential to our organisation. Through regular customer surveys we monitor our success in achieving our objectives, including examining the performance of our core functions. Most notably we gauge our impact on our core customers, Hong Kong SMEs.

   
Budget Estimates for 2004/05
