4. Strive to be the world's leading trade promotion organisation
   
We strive constantly to improve the reach, effectiveness, quality and efficiency of our core activities, focusing on customer and stakeholder needs, managing our resources, utilising our overseas branch network, and implementing best corporate governance practices. We will continue to:
Expand corporate marketing and outreach;
Enhance customer value and satisfaction;
Develop TDC's human resources;
Develop corporate alliances and partnerships;
Improve measurement of corporate performance; and
