3. Enhance and promote the competitive advantages of Hong Kong SMEs
   
We help Hong Kong enterprises leverage their competitive advantages, and give them access to resources and tools more typically available only to larger companies. The Council will work with Hong Kong SMEs to:
Foster in-depth relationships between SMEs and overseas purchasers;
Promote product differentiation in established markets;
Develop new markets;
Promote new industries and niches; and
Encourage SME networking and development.
