Co-chaired by Mr John Slosar, Chairman of John Swire & Sons (HK) Ltd and Mr Ray Conner, Vice Chairman of the Boeing Company, the 25th plenary session was concluded with success in Hong Kong on 17 January 2017. Mr C.H. Tung, Vice Chairman, 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the People’s Republic of China honored the occasion by delivering a keynote speech, sharing his insights on the latest development of Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland. Attended by fifteen Hong Kong and fourteen US participants, the plenary covered discussion topics such as the new US administration, new opportunities arising from Chinese mainland’s Belt and Road initiative and 13th Five Year Plan as well as Hong Kong’s latest developments.
