Develop Hong Kong into the premier Belt and Road intelligence hub and project matching platform

Develop the Belt and Road Portal into a one-stop intelligence hub cum marketing platform

Leverage research capabilities of renowned research institutes and leading financial institutions to enrich the content of the Belt and Road Portal

Expand the advisory service on the Belt and Road Portal to include risk management and insurance

Expand the database of Hong Kong service providers on the Belt and Road Portal to include key players in risk management, and environmental and related technologies

Build the Belt and Road Summit as the premier event for Belt and Road in the region and globally

Forge strategic partnership with key financial, research, investment and infrastructure-related organisations in Hong Kong, mainland and priority markets

Organise investment and infrastructure-related missions targeting priority Belt and Road markets

Organise a manufacturing relocation mission to ASEAN focusing on industrial parks endorsed by the mainland government
