Terms of Application for Onsite Advertising Items
at HKTDC Exhibitions


The Advertiser hereby declares and confirms its acknowledgement and agreement in respect of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated herein as well as those attached hereto.
  1. The Advertising Order Contract serves as an application for onsite advertising items only. Availability of all onsite advertising items at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and/or AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) are not guaranteed. HKTDC will notify the Advertisers on the application status in due course.
  2. Applications on or before Intention Deadline
    1. The Advertiser must submit a duly signed copy of the Advertising Order Contract to HKTDC by the respective intention deadline of HKTDC Exhibition. A deposit of at least 20% of the advertising fee is also required and must be received by HKTDC on or before the intention deadline, as an official application for onsite advertising items.
    2. Advertisers of onsite advertising items of the last edition of a particular HKTDC Exhibition will be given the first right of renewal of the same onsite advertising items and locations at the following edition before the respective intention deadline, on condition that the repeated advertising items, which are subject to availability, do not exceed 50% of the total inventory of the advertising items in the same location. First right of renewal does not apply to onsite advertising items at special and/or one-off editions as specified by HKTDC, shuttle bus advertisings, giveaway items and other items as specified by HKTDC. This aforesaid rule, which is subject to review at HKTDC’s full discretion, will continue to apply until further notice by HKTDC.
    3. Without overriding Clause 2.2 on the first right of renewal, in the case that the number of applications for a particular onsite advertising item received by the intention deadline is more than the available inventory of it, allotment will be arranged by way of balloting. Advertisers of onsite advertising items of the last edition and/or editions as specified by HKTDC of the same fair will have priority in the allotment. The Advertiser shall entitle to a refund of the deposit paid to HKTDC for the advertising item if its application is unsuccessful.
    4. Successful applicants will receive a Confirmation Letter from HKTDC regarding the allotted advertising items and locations. The Advertiser must submit a duly signed copy of the Confirmation Letter to HKTDC and the balance payment of the advertising fee for the confirmed advertising items must be received by HKTDC within 5 working days from the issue date of the Confirmation Letter. HKTDC reserves the right to refuse the Advertiser’s application and to release and re-allocate the allotted advertising items to other Advertisers without notice in the case of any late submission of the signed Confirmation Letter and/or late payment.
    5. The Advertiser shall not be entitled to any refund of advertising fee(s) and/or deposit(s) paid to HKTDC and no change of advertising items and locations will be allowed after the Confirmation Letter is signed. HKTDC also reserves the right to charge an additional administrative fee for cancellation of any successful application. Any late payment shall entitle HKTDC, at its sole and absolute discretion, to release and re-allocate the allotted advertising items to other Advertisers without notice, and/or to refuse the Advertiser’s application and display of any Advertisement without HKTDC incurring any liability whatsoever to the Advertiser or its agent as a result of its HKTDC’s refusal.
  3. Applications after Intention Deadline
    1. After the intention deadline, available onsite advertising items will be allotted, subject to stock availability, on a first‐come, first‐served basis to Advertisers who submit the Advertising Order Contract with full payment of the concerned advertising fee before the application deadline of the respective advertising items.
    2. The Advertiser shall not be entitled to any refund of advertising fee(s) and/or deposit(s) paid to HKTDC for any successful allotted advertising items.
  4. Onsite advertising items are only available to respective exhibitors of HKTDC Exhibitions with exhibits of fair-related products and services. Applications of onsite advertising items do not have any connection with booth/ showcase allocation.
  5. All onsite advertising items, including the design and content of the Advertisements, are subject to the final approval from HKTDC. All Advertisements displayed at HKTDC Exhibitions shall not promote any non-HKTDC event. HKTDC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse the Advertiser’s application and display of any Advertisement without giving any reason regardless of the settlement of the advertising fee.
  6. Advertisers are required to follow the advertising material submission deadline of the respective advertising item and submit artwork file to HKTDC for production in accordance with the specifications required by HKTDC. HKTDC shall not be liable to the Advertiser in respect of the appearance and quality (including colour and resolution) of the Advertisement. Late advertising material submission is subject to HKTDC’s acceptance and an extra handling fee of HK$3,000 per advertising item will be imposed.
  7. HKTDC reserves the right to terminate the Advertising Order Contract and/or discard the installation of the Advertisement without notice in the case of any late payment or if the Advertiser fails to submit all information and materials required by HKTDC on or before the respective advertising material submission deadline. The Advertiser shall not entitle to any refund of advertising fee(s) and/or deposit(s) paid to HKTDC. HKTDC shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to release and re-allocate the relevant advertising item.
  8. All Advertisers must comply with the relevant Rules & Regulations of HKTDC Exhibitions posted on HKTDC website for the relevant exhibition.
  9. The Advertiser warrants and undertakes that no third party intellectual property rights or any other rights will be infringed as a result of display of any Advertisements featuring Advertiser’s products, services and/or any materials supplied by the Advertiser to HKTDC. The Advertiser must obtain all necessary licenses and provide relevant supporting documentation to HKTDC to prove its ownership of the intellectual property rights or other rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs and patents.
  10. All Advertisers must comply with the rules & regulations stipulated in the “IPR Clauses for Advertising Space Order Forms” and “Protection of Intellectual Property Rights at HKTDC Exhibitions – Exhibitors’ Brief” posted on HKTDC website for the relevant exhibition.
  11. HKTDC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change the allocation and location of onsite advertising items. In case of any dispute, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and conclusive.



香港貿發局展覽會
展覽會現場廣告申請條款


廣告商在此宣佈並確認其承認及同意遵守此處及附頁中列出的所有條款及細則。
  1. 廣告商須遞交香港貿發局廣告合約以申請香港貿發局展覽會現場廣告。香港貿發局不能保證提供所有於香港會議展覽中心及/或亞洲國際博覽館之展覽會現場廣告之所有申請項目,香港貿發局將適時通知廣告商有關申請狀況。
  2. 預訂意向截止日期或以前之申請
    1. 廣告商必須於各自香港貿發局展覽會之預訂意向截止日期前,將已簽妥之香港貿發局廣告合約遞交至香港貿發局,及支付最少百分之二十之廣告費作為定金並由香港貿發局確認收妥,作為正式提交展覽會現場廣告之申請。
    2. 曾於上屆香港貿發局展覽會中成功申請展覽會現場廣告之廣告商,可於下屆展覽會之預訂意向截止日期前優先預留同一廣告項目及位置,唯重複申請之廣告項目不能超出該廣告項目於同一位置總庫存之一半。此優先預留之安排不適用於香港貿發局指明的特別展覽及/或一次性展覽、大會穿梭巴士廣告、禮品廣告及其他指定項目。上述安排將適用於往後之展覽會直至香港貿發局另行通知,香港貿發局保留有關安排之絕對決定權。
    3. 在不妨礙上述第2.2條的情況下,如有多於一位廣告商於預訂意向截止日期前就同一廣告位置提交申請,曾於上屆或香港貿發局指明的同一展覽會中成功申請展覽會現場廣告的廣告商,可獲優先分配廣告位置,否則該位置將會以抽籤形式分配。如申請不成功,廣告商可獲退還就該廣告位置已支付給香港貿發局之廣告費及/或定金。
    4. 香港貿發局將會向成功申請展覽會現場廣告之廣告商發出確認信函,廣告商必須在確認信函發出日後五個工作天之內將已簽妥的確認信函遞交至香港貿發局,及支付有關廣告費的餘款並由香港貿發局確認收妥。香港貿發局保留權力在任何逾期付款及/或廣告商未能按時遞交已簽妥的確認信函的情況下,拒絕該廣告商的申請及重新分配有關廣告項目予其他廣告商而不須作事前通知。
    5. 廣告商一旦在確認信函上簽字,廣告商已繳付予香港貿發局之廣告費及/或定金將不會獲得任何退款,及已確認的廣告項目及位置將不能作出任何更改。香港貿發局有權就廣告商取消任何成功之申請徵收額外行政費。就任何逾期付款,香港貿發局可全權決定重新分配有關廣告項目予其他廣告商而不須作事前通知及/或拒絕該廣告商之申請及任何廣告之發佈,同時香港貿發局無需為該等拒絕向廣告商或其代理人承擔任何責任。
  3. 預訂意向截止日期後之申請
    1. 所有於預訂意向截止日期以後遞交之申請,香港貿發局將視乎廣告位置之供應情況,以先到先得形式處理。廣告商須將已簽妥之香港貿發局廣告合約連同有關廣告費全額遞交至香港貿發局以提交申請,所有申請必須於各自香港貿發局展覽會之訂購截止日期或以前遞交至本局。
    2. 就任何成功申請獲分配之廣告位置,廣告商已繳付予香港貿發局之廣告費及/或定金將不會獲得任何退款。
  4. 展覽會現場廣告只適用於參與相關展覽會並展示展覽會相關產品及/或服務之參展商。展覽會現場廣告之申請與展位或展櫃的安排及分配沒有任何關連。
  5. 所有展覽會現場廣告之申請包括其廣告設計及內容均須經香港貿發局作最後審批。所有於展覽會現場展示之廣告均不能推廣非香港貿發局舉辦之展覽及活動。香港貿發局可全權決定拒絕該廣告商之申請及任何廣告之發佈,同時香港貿發局無需為該等拒絕提供任何理由不論廣告商是否已繳付廣告費。
  6. 廣告商必須於各自廣告項目之截止日期前遞交所有資料和材料,及按香港貿發局指示提交設計圖以安排製作。香港貿發局無須就廣告之外觀及質素(包括其顏色及解像度)負上責任。香港貿發局保留權力在廣告商未能按時提交所有資料和材料之情況下,拒絕該廣告之製作及發佈或就每個廣告項目額外徵收港幣3,000元之手續費。
  7. 香港貿發局保留權力在任何逾期付款或者廣告商未能於有關截止日期或以前提交香港貿發局要求之所有資料和材料之情況下,終止其香港貿發局廣告合約及/或對有關廣告不予安裝而不須作出事前通知。廣告商已繳付香港貿發局之廣告費及/或定金將不會獲得任何退款。香港貿發局可全權決定重新分配有關廣告項目予其他廣告商。
  8. 所有廣告商必須遵守在香港貿發局網站上刊登之相關展覽會之所有相關展覽會規則。
  9. 廣告商保證及承諾廣告商之產品、服務、宣傳品及/或提供給香港貿發局之所有材料並不會侵犯任何第三者之知識產權或任何其他權益。如任何廣告涉及註冊商標、版權、外觀設計、名稱及專利等知識產權,廣告商須提供相關文件以證明該廣告商已獲授權或沒有侵犯任何第三者之知識產權。
  10. 所有廣告商必須遵守於香港貿發局網站上刊登之相關展覽會之《廣告位置預訂表格之知識產權條款》及《香港貿發局展覽會保護知識產權措施 - 參展商須知》內之所有規則及條文。
  11. 香港貿發局保留唯一及絕對權利更改展覽會現場廣告之分配及位置。如有任何爭議,香港貿發局保留最終決定權。



香港贸发局展览会
展览会现场广告申请条款


广告商在此宣布并确认其承认及同意遵守此处及附页中列出的所有条款及细则。
  1. 广告商须递交香港贸发局广告合约以申请香港贸发局展览会现场广告。香港贸发局不能保证提供所有於香港会议展览中心及/或亚洲国际博览馆之展览会现场广告之所有申请项目,香港贸发局将适时通知广告商有关申请状况。
  2. 预订意向截止日期或以前之申请
    1. 广告商必须於各自香港贸发局展览会之预订意向截止日期前,将已签妥之香港贸发局广告合约递交至香港贸发局,及支付最少百分之二十之广告费作为定金并由香港贸发局确认收妥,作为正式提交展览会现场广告之申请。
    2. 曾於上届香港贸发局展览会中成功申请展览会现场广告之广告商,可於下届展览会之预订意向截止日期前优先预留同一广告项目及位置,唯重复申请之广告项目不能超出该广告项目於同一位置总库存之一半。此优先预留之安排不适用於香港贸发局指明的特别展览及/或一次性展览丶大会穿梭巴士广告丶礼品广告及其他指定项目。上述安排将适用於往後之展览会直至香港贸发局另行通知,香港贸发局保留有关安排之绝对决定权。
    3. 在不妨碍上述第2.2条的情况下,如有多於一位广告商於预订意向截止日期前就同一广告位置提交申请,曾於上届或香港贸发局指明的同一展览会中成功申请展览会现场广告的广告商,可获优先分配广告位置,否则该位置将会以抽签形式分配。如申请不成功,广告商可获退还就该广告位置已支付给香港贸发局之广告费及/或定金。
    4. 香港贸发局将会向成功申请展览会现场广告之广告商发出确认信函,广告商必须在确认信函发出日後五个工作天之内将已签妥的确认信函递交至香港贸发局,及支付有关广告费的馀款并由香港贸发局确认收妥。香港贸发局保留权力在任何逾期付款及/或广告商未能按时递交已签妥的确认信函的情况下,拒绝该广告商的申请及重新分配有关广告项目予其他广告商而不须作事前通知。
    5. 广告商一旦在确认信函上签字,广告商已缴付予香港贸发局之广告费及/或定金将不会获得任何退款,及已确认的广告项目及位置将不能作出任何更改。香港贸发局有权就广告商取消任何成功之申请徵收额外行政费。就任何逾期付款,香港贸发局可全权决定重新分配有关广告项目予其他广告商而不须作事前通知及/或拒绝该广告商之申请及任何广告之发布,同时香港贸发局无需为该等拒绝向广告商或其代理人承担任何责任。
  3. 预订意向截止日期後之申请
    1. 所有於预订意向截止日期以後递交之申请,香港贸发局将视乎广告位置之供应情况,以先到先得形式处理。广告商须将已签妥之香港贸发局广告合约连同有关广告费全额递交至香港贸发局以提交申请,所有申请必须於各自香港贸发局展览会之订购截止日期或以前递交至本局。

  5. 所有展览会现场广告之申请包括其广告设计及内容均须经香港贸发局作最後审批。所有於展览会现场展示之广告均不能推广非香港贸发局举办之展览及活动。香港贸发局可全权决定拒绝该广告商之申请及任何广告之发布,同时香港贸发局无需为该等拒绝提供任何理由不论广告商是否已缴付广告费。
  6. 广告商必须於各自广告项目之截止日期前递交所有资料和材料,及按香港贸发局指示提交设计图以安排制作。香港贸发局无须就广告之外观及质素(包括其颜色及解像度)负上责任。香港贸发局保留权力在广告商未能按时提交所有资料和材料之情况下,拒绝该广告之制作及发布或就每个广告项目额外徵收港币3,000元之手续费。

  9. 广告商保证及承诺广告商之产品丶服务丶宣传品及/或提供给香港贸发局之所有材料并不会侵犯任何第三者之知识产权或任何其他权益。如任何广告涉及注册商标丶版权丶外观设计丶名称及专利等知识产权,广告商须提供相关文件以证明该广告商已获授权或没有侵犯任何第三者之知识产权。
  10. 所有广告商必须遵守於香港贸发局网站上刊登之相关展览会之《广告位置预订表格之知识产权条款》及《香港贸发局展览会保护知识产权措施 - 参展商须知》内之所有规则及条文。
  11. 香港贸发局保留唯一及绝对权利更改展览会现场广告之分配及位置。如有任何争议,香港贸发局保留最终决定权。
