Mr. Chan is currently a Managing director of CCB International corporate finance, where he accumulated over 17 years of experience in Hong Kong IPO transactions. He is a licensed sponsor principal under the Securities Futures Commission. He has participated in various large scale IPOs including iMotion Automotive, Bank of Bohai, Leap Motor, Shandong Gold, China Resources Pharmaceutical etc.. Prior to joining CCB International, he was in the audit and assurance department of Deloitte. He is a member of ACCA.
