Webinar: Discovering and Realising New Opportunities in Asia

Webinar: Discovering and Realising New Opportunities in Asia

Share:

Hong Kong and the United Kingdom (UK) have long been in close business ties. In 2020, Hong Kong was UK’s 12th largest trading partner in the world and 2nd in Asia (after only the mainland). Over the years, Hong Kong has also been the business hub connecting the UK and the Mainland China. Around 6.8% or US$6.3 billion of the total trade between the two countries routed through Hong Kong in 2020.

Aiming to strengthen the long-standing relationship between Hong Kong and UK businesses, this webinar will update on the latest development of Hong Kong and examine Hong Kong’s unique role as a multi-faceted hub which UK businesses can leverage to capture new opportunities in the dynamic Asian market, in particular the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and ASEAN, spotlighting on topical issues in finance, business expansion in Asia and healthcare.
