About the webinar

Bangkok has plans to reinvent the future of its most important landmarks under the Bangkok 250 project with development centering around the future BTS and MRT lines and stations, promoting mixed-land uses for recreational areas, open and public spaces.

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) as a multidisciplinary planning and design strategy of mixed land use would extend access from the city center of Thailand to different areas via connection of various public transportation means. Riding on the extensive access to tourist spots of different nature, Thailand could boost its tourist-centric economy, in particular on shopping, eco, cultural and medical tourism.

Furthermore, the digital system and innovative technologies would further provide foreign visitors travelling across Thailand along the TOD network with the total immersive experience.

Join this webinar to learn about the latest market information and project experience for building a smart infrastructure and net-zero city from industry gurus from Hong Kong and Thailand.
