Mainland China dropped its health declaration requirement for cross-border travellers, commonly known as the “black code”, with effect from 1 November.

In its Northern Metropolis Action Agenda, the Hong Kong SAR Government has outlined how the Northern Metropolis will be divided into four major zones.

Guangdong Province has collaborated with Hong Kong in launching cross-boundary public services that can be accessed without the need for in-person travel.

To promote the development of the commercial and services industries in Nansha, the district is now offering rent exemptions and subsidies for enterprises.
