Mainland China has unveiled plans to trim the market access negative list for foreign investors, with 24 new measures to lure foreign firms.

The “Invest Guangdong” investment promotion platform provides investors with information on investment projects, industrial parks and supporting facilities across the province.

Qianhai is experimenting with the use of “double-recorded signatures” technology that allows business registration applicants to verify their identity through WeChat.

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Cooperation Zone has launched a new initiative that will help Hong Kong companies and talent conduct business affairs on a one-stop basis.
