Mainland China’s Ministry of Science and Technology and the HKSAR Government have signed an agreement that will speed up Hong Kong’s development as a technology hub.

Guangdong has announced plans to launch a province-wide platform for attracting investment, with five mainland GBA cities involved in the trial.

Guangdong is implementing measures to free up large-scale equipment to be used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for their scientific research and technology development.

Nansha of Guangzhou recently issued criteria for enterprises to qualify for a reduced corporate income tax rate of 15%.
