Summary: On 16 July 2004, Wuhan Bee Healthy Co. Ltd. filed a lawsuit with the US Court of International Trade (CIT) challenging the final results of this review, which covers imports of subject merchandise produced and exported by Wuhan during the period 1 December 2001 through 31 May 2002. The CIT ruled in favour of Wuhan and remanded the DOC's decision to rely on certain surrogate values based on Indian import statistics. The DOC has therefore recalculated the margin for Wuhan for the period of review, amending it from 32.84% to 32.63%.
