TDC Around the World

bullet TDC’s offices in some 40 commercial centres are your eyes, ears and matchmakers in world markets.

bullet Through this network, which includes 11 offices in the Chinese mainland, we scout market opportunities, organise promotional activities outside Hong Kong, cultivate business contacts and receive a steady stream of fresh market intelligence

bullet Our offices are the first port of call for countless overseas and mainland businesses looking for Hong Kong suppliers, buyers or partners like you.

bullet TDC also supports Hong Kong Business Associations around the world with over 10,000 members who are mostly small and medium enterprises with special partnership ties to Hong Kong.

bullet Their global body, the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide (www.hkfederation.org.hk) is a unique network of 32 Hong Kong business associations in 24 countries and regions.

bullet TDC has established six bilateral committees with Japan, the USA, Korea, the EU, the UK and France in addition to ad-hoc roundtables with various Chinese mainland provinces and municipalities, and Taiwan. All of these committees have a bipartite structure, with a committee in Hong Kong and one in the partner country or region. Currently, they hold annual plenary meetings, alternating between Hong Kong and the partner countries or cities.

bullet These bilateral committees foster mutual understanding between the business communities of the two economies concerned, promote and expand trade and economic co-operation, exchange information and make representations to the appropriate governments as and when required.
