The concept plan for the 2008 Beijing Olympic sailing base in Qingdao has been accorded with the criteria of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF). Qingdao Dong'Ao Development & Construction Group Corp. is now inviting bidders of the Detailed Planning for the Construction of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Sailing Base in Qingdao and Individual Conceptual Schematic Design for the Main Buildings and Structures on an international basis. Bidder's qualifications: Class-A designing institutes registered in the People's Republic of China, with corporate capacity and attainments for similar projects; or designing institutions registered outside the People's Republic of China, with corporate capacity and designing experience and attainments for similar projects.
