Approved by the International Olympic Committee, the Commercial Emblem of the Chinese Olympic Committee was officially become effective on March 28, 2001. This Emblem is so far the only Olympic Emblem in China used by the COC for commercial purposes.

The COC Commercial Emblem is registered by the Chinese Olympic Committee. Without official permission by the COC, any person or entity should not use the Emblem or any part of it.

The Elements incorporated in the COC Commercial Emblem are:

• Top --- Image of the Great Wall, symbolizing China
• Middle --- Olympic Rings, symbolizing the Olympic Movement
• Bottom --- "Chinese Olympic Committee" (Text)

All rights to this Commercial Emblem belong to the Chinese Olympic Committee. The COC Marketing Commission is in charge of the management, authorization and legal protection of this Emblem.
