Ms. Wong is the Director and Consultant of JNet Consulting Limited, specializing in customer service training, coaching on service standards implementation and provides consultancy service to design service enhancement System.
Janet has extensive consulting and training experience in areas of customer service and retail management training system development. She was the Director of Training of the largest cosmetics retail chain in Asia. Janet has worked as Training Manager in 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. She is also an experienced speaker in many professional associations.
