Intellectual Properties have increasingly become important assets of companies. They are valuable not only in defending a company’s market position but also in providing the needed bargaining chips in business negotiation.
Business negotiation involving intellectual property is an art that involves legal, business and technical know-how. It is a dynamic process that is best learnt from a simulated negotiation performed by veterans who have put their knowledge and experience to test over time.

Jointly organized by the Licensing Executives Society China Hong Kong Sub-Chapter and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the seminar “Patent Licence and Acquisition Negotiation – A Simulated Case Study” will tell you
